Delivery of Goods

Delivery shall occur when you take possession of the goods where we agree to deliver.
All dates and times we specify for delivery of the goods are an estimate.

Should you have any issues with your order

We shall not be liable to you if we do not deliver on or at any particular date or time. Time for any delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice.

If you fail to accept delivery of any goods when they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions, documents or consents, we shall be entitled to immediate full payment and risk in the goods shall pass to you.

Delivery of goods is normally Kerbside only it is down to the drivers discretion if he or she enters your property with the delivery vehicle,Less 2 Fix can not be held responsible for any damage caused .

From time to time the driver may ask for assistance to unload if needed "If you are Unwilling or Unable" to help please leave this in the notes on check out and we can arrange your delivery accordingly.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order From Next working day – 4 working days Dependant on products, however should there be a delay we will contact you asap.

Back Orders

If your order is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We will always email or telephone you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Damaged Items

All items must be checked for damage on receipt of delivery .

Any Damage must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receiving goods 

for us to be able to exchange due to courier insurance policies.
